Group Exercise Classes

Fitness On Request

We offer top quality fitness classes 24 hours a day with our virtual training, Fitness on Request. With just a few simple touches at the Fitness On Request kiosk, you can access over 35 group fitness classes, which are shown on the large projection screen.

Live Instructor-Led Classes

Our Personal Trainers also offer a variety of group exercise classes. There is an extra charge for most of these classes or small group training sessions. Click on any picture below to go to the class information page.
