blend of yoga and pilates, "Yoga Fusion" develops
inner core stability with Pilates based exercises and overall
flexibility through yoga poses. Each week will focus on new
exercises and poses to challenge the body and mind.

30-minute small group training session that maximizes
fat metabolism. Based
on new studies about choosing intensity and intervals
to maximize fat metabolism, this intense and fun spinning
workout is designed for intermediate to advanced
levels.
